Membership Terms & Conditions

‍1. Introduction

‍These Terms & Conditions govern all The Wolfpack membership types. By purchasing or renewing a membership, the member acknowledges and agrees to comply with the terms outlined below.

‍2. Membership Eligibility

‍ Membership is open to individuals who:

  • ‍ Complete the required registration process;

  • Provide accurate personal information;

  • Agree to comply with all club policies, safety rules, and venue requirements.

The Wolfpack reserves the right to decline or revoke membership at its discretion.

3. Membership Fees & Payment

  • All fees are non-refundable, except where required by New Zealand consumer law or where The Wolfpack Pickleball elects to provide a refund at its discretion.

  • Memberships are non-transferable.

4. Term & Renewal

  • Memberships are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase, and will automatically renew on a monthly basis.

  • Members will be notified of any changes to fees or terms prior to renewal.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time, however a minimum 30-day written notice period is required for the cancellation to take effect. To cancel, please contact The Wolfpack via email: thewolfpackpickleball@gmail.com

  • No refunds will be issued for unused membership periods, including during the 30-day notice period.

  • The Wolfpack may cancel a membership if a member breaches club rules, behaves in a manner that endangers others, or engages in conduct inconsistent with club values.

  • If the club cancels a membership for operational reasons (not related to member conduct), a pro‑rated refund will be offered.

6. Member Conduct

Members must:

  • Treat coaches, staff, and other players with respect;

  • Follow all safety instructions and venue rules;

  • Use equipment responsibly;

  • Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

7. Health & Safety

  • Members participate at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to engage in pickleball activities.

  • Any injuries, hazards, or unsafe conditions must be reported to The Wolfpack staff immediately.

  • The Wolfpack is not liable for injuries sustained during participation, except where required by law.

8. Booking Policies

  • Membership does not guarantee entry into any session. All members must book into sessions in advance using the designated booking system.

  • If a session is fully booked, the member may not be able to attend, even if they hold an active membership.

  • Members must adhere to all booking rules for coaching, group sessions, and events, including cancellation policies.

9. Privacy & Data Use

The Wolfpack collects and stores member information for operational purposes, including communication, bookings, and safety management. Information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary for club operations.
